I have been loving that my new schedule allows me so much more time in the mornings,
I have been taking Trilli for long walks (which she is loving)
and today I started scoping the internet for a new workout to try,
when I stumbled upon this ballerina style workout
that was designed for Victoria Secret models.
It's only ten minutes long, which means no excuses about not having time to work out,
and it kicked my butt! I love the ballet style moves, and the fast pace.
